Who I Work With
There are many ways to seek support.
Some people want quick fixes, clear boxes, and predictable progress.
That’s not this work.

This work is for those who know, deep down, that healing doesn’t follow a script.

It’s for the parents who’ve been told their child is “fine” even though everything in them says otherwise.
It’s for the adults who’ve spent years doing the right things—going to therapy, trying the exercises, seeing the specialists—and still feel like something essential is missing.
It’s for the families who’ve fallen through the cracks of systems designed to manage, not truly meet.
This Work Is For You If...
-
You or your child are sensitive, attuned, and easily overwhelmed in traditional settings
-
You’ve tried multiple therapies that helped a little but didn’t last—or left you feeling more confused
-
You're drawn to body-based healing or nervous system work, even if you don’t have the language for it yet
-
You’re willing to slow down and explore what’s underneath the surface behavior or symptom
-
You long for deeper regulation, core connection, and a sense of coming home to yourself or your child
-
You’re looking for a partner in healing, not a program to follow
I Most Often Support:
-
Infants and children navigating feeding, oral-motor, or tethered oral tissue challenges
-
Children who speak but lack spontaneous or meaningful language
-
Adults who feel disconnected from their bodies, stuck in survival mode, or unable to rest
-
Families looking for holistic support post-tongue tie release
-
Highly sensitive clients who’ve never quite “fit” into conventional care
This Work May Not Be the Right Fit If...
-
You’re seeking a behavioral or compliance-based approach
-
You prefer goal-oriented therapy over exploration and deep listening
-
You are looking for a quick fix or immediate progress
-
You’re uncomfortable with nonverbal, somatic, or energetically-informed approaches
-
You’re not open to rethinking traditional therapy models
This Is a Space For...
-
Repatterning, not pushing
-
Deep integration, not symptom management
-
Nervous system listening, not performance
-
Remembering, not overriding
-
Healing that honors what can’t be rushed
What Shapes This Work
This work is different.
I don’t treat diagnoses.
I support the whole system—nervous system, fascial system, reflexes, relationships.
The choices I make about who I work with—and how—aren’t about exclusion. They’re about alignment, capacity, and care. They’re about honoring the kind of support this work actually requires.
Here are some of the beliefs that guide me:

-
The body is wired for change.
Even when things feel stuck, the system is always trying to heal. We just need to listen.

-
Low muscle tone isn’t a life sentence.
It’s often a sign of deeper patterns—like internal bracing, nervous system freeze, or incomplete reflex development. When those are addressed, tone can shift.

-
Movement comes from safety, not strength.
A body that doesn’t feel safe won’t move easily or confidently. That’s not weakness—it’s wisdom. First, we restore safety.

-
Healing happens in relationship.
Between practitioner and client. Between tissues. And especially between parent and child. A child cannot heal in isolation—their system needs safe, attuned connection to grow.

-
Diagnosis describes a moment. It does not define a future.
Labels may offer a starting point, but they don’t tell the whole story. I’ve seen real change happen—when the body is supported gently, wisely, and in its own time.

-
The body doesn’t need to be corrected. It needs to be heard.
This work isn’t about forcing the body into shape.
It’s about helping the body remember how to be at home again.
If something in you feels seen reading this, trust it.
You may be in the right place.
