When the Mind Knows but the Body Hasn't Felt
Insight is valuable, but healing needs somewhere to land.
You’ve done the work. You’ve named the patterns. You understand the why. But something in your body still feels stuck—like the healing hasn’t fully made its way into your breath, your posture, your nervous system. That’s not because you failed. It’s because some parts of us don’t speak in words.
Talk therapy can be transformative. But when the body isn’t included, deeper layers of tension, protection, and unfinished survival responses may stay locked in place. Sometimes we need a different door in—one that goes beneath language, and into the tissues where these patterns live.
In this work, we begin with the body—not as a machine to be fixed, but as a living system of memory, rhythm, and resilience. Through hands-on integration, breath, and gentle movement, we support the nervous system in finding safety, connection, and new pathways of regulation.
This isn’t about abandoning talk—it’s about allowing the rest of you to catch up to what you already know.
