Adult Support
Support for nervous system health, chronic tension, recovery, and reconnecting with the body.
Many adults seek support because something doesn't feel quite right.
You may be experiencing chronic tension, stress, fatigue, persistent symptoms, difficulty relaxing, or a sense that your body is working harder than it needs to.
Some people come after years of searching for answers. Others simply want to feel more comfortable in their bodies and better able to meet the demands of daily life.

My Approach
My work integrates biodynamic craniosacral therapy, bodywork, developmental principles, reflex integration, and nervous system-informed care.
Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, I look at how the body organizes around stress, injury, adaptation, and recovery.
Sessions are individualized and may include hands-on work, nervous system support, movement awareness, education, and collaborative exploration of the factors contributing to your current experience.
Looking Beyond Symptoms
Symptoms often serve a purpose. They may reflect patterns of tension, compensation, protection, or adaptation that developed over time.
My goal is not simply to reduce symptoms. It is to better understand what the body may be communicating and support greater ease, function, and resilience.
